“Minuto's proposal is to be an extension of the consumer's pantry, allowing them to quickly replenish what they need in our stores”. This is the “Pão de Açúcar” purpose but I say that they failed because you still need to look for the products with a certain insecurity due to the lack of warnings in the corridors such as signs or pamphlets indicating soap or sweets, another big criticism of mine is the lack of aptitude of the employees or training, I don't know anything personal about employee training but the ones I found were not a pleasant experience. The store is a small, so it really depends on what kind of person you are, if you are a slow person that can help but if you are a fast type of person that want to rush, it can be a little bit complicated cause as I already have warned the place don’t have any signs or indicators so that can confuse a person that need a a lot of items but it is in limited time, in the other hand, if you only have one or two items you need is the right place, anyway I don't feel that the purpose to create the “Pão de Açúcar” was successfully accomplished but I can say it's a great last minute resource so I recommend it with negative experience.
It's a beautiful place, organized and clean, the problem is that sometimes they promote one price and on the cashier you realize that the price is different.
It was once a good place, organized and clean. Today it looks like a warehouse and disorganized at worst. Boxes and containers spread throughout the tiny store. The islands set up in any way, all of which, when they don't impede, make it very difficult to move around the store. The worst thing is that it ends up constantly generating queues and large crowds, which during a pandemic is very bad.
They delivered another customer's order to me and disappeared with mine. I called the store and they told me that it was Ifood's fault and that they were going to redo my order. They delivered it to me 1 hour and 20 minutes late and with 2 products from a different brand (inferior, what a coincidence) to the one I purchased.
Terrible service from Ifood and this market.
Lack of attention in sales and after-sales.
